Magic Marine Tow Inc. Limited Warranty
Magic Marine Tow Inc., GENUINE PARTS, AND ACCESSORIES
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, this limited warranty covers Parts, Accessories. Magic Marine Tow Inc. will repair or replace genuine Magic Marine Tow Inc., Parts and Accessories found defective in material and/or workmanship – further to normal use and service. Parts are to be returned to Magic Marine Tow Inc. in their original packaging at the purchaser's expense. The restocking charge is 30% of the products purchased. The Magic Marine Tow components must be inspected for shipping damage within 20 days of receipt of goods.
Limitations of liability
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIFE OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS IDENTIFIED ABOVE; THUS, THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
Neither the distributor/dealer, nor any Magic Marine Tow Inc., dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty regarding the product, other than those contained in this limited warranty, and if made, these shall not be enforceable against Magic Marine Tow Inc.
Magic Marine Tow Inc. will not be responsible for any settlement made between a dealer and a consumer.
Changes to the warranty
Magic Marine Tow Inc. reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable to the products sold while this warranty is in effect.
How to submit a warranty claim
In the event of a controversy or dispute connected with this Magic Marine Tow Inc. limited warranty, Magic Marine Tow Inc. suggests that you try to resolve the issue at the dealership level. We recommend discussing the issue with the authorized Magic Marine Tow Inc., dealer's manager or owner. Please note that warranty claims are always subject to final approval by Magic Marine Tow Inc.,
All items replaced under this limited warranty become the property of. Magic Marine Tow Inc.,
Note: The Magic Marine Tow towing system and any accessories or products you use are at your own risk. Magic Marine Tow Inc. Will not be liable or responsible for damage to any watercraft, other vessels or property caused by reckless use or improper installation
